Bellevue Restaurant is a delightful mix of the contemporary and the traditional; a crisp, but warm setting with a sense of the formal. The modern beige and purple colours employed in the furnishings work very well with the crystal chandeliers.
The food is exquisite. The menu includes wonderfully prepared fresh fish, foie gras, a variety of meats and sumptuous desserts. For a fine dining experience, opt for the ‘Bohemian’ or the ‘Tasting’ menu, with optional wines accompanying each course.
